    The Producers

    "The Producers" (2005)
The Producers Synopsis: Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick return to their celebrated roles as Max Bialystock and Leo Bloom, a scheming theatrical producer and his mousy CPA who hit upon the perfect plan to embezzle a fortune: raise far more money than you need to produce a sure-fire Broadway flop and then (since no one will expect anything back), Max and Leo can pocket the difference.

Has anyone seen the 1968 version? Has anyone seen any previews? Does it look like a fun movie to see ? Thinking of it for New Years (since King/Queen Kong is an emotional one).

In my own little world where all things are Idol......
I'd like to go see this...I saw it on Broadway (unfortunately after Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick had done their runs) and I enjoyed the Broadway version. I'm a big fan of Nathan Lane's so I know I'll go see it.....I'll have to go by myself because I don't think I could talk any of my friends into seeing a musical....!

I saw it today and thought it was good, I was surpised at Uma how good she can sing and how hot she was . The movie was so funny, it had the whole theater laughing at times, I never seen the broadway but if it's better live than I would love to see it.
