He (Colin Farrell) sounds like a real charmer, too. There was an article about him and Britney in USA Today. He likes to get around, they say. Maybe he fears commitment.
When you're ten years old and a car drives by and splashes a puddle of water all over you, it's hard to decide if you should go to school like that or try to go home and change and probably be late. So while he was trying to decide, I drove by and splashed him again. - Jack Handey

OK, well it sounds like it's a good thing I hadn't fully developed a crush on him yet. Brittney, Demi, and a grabbag of others. Ick.
Im haunted a little this evening by feelings that have no vocabulary and events that should be explained in dimensions of lint rather than words.

"grab bag" is probably a bit tame. Sounds more like a "grab barge".

    Her "people" denied it.

I think Demi doesn't want to be associated with someone who's associated with Britney.

A Bond thread!!!! Where have I been?

Well, Colin Farrell would be good, I think. He seems better than all of the other suggested candidates. My prediction is that the next Bond will be a somewhat unknown English actor. He'll probably be an actor who has done a lot of theatre and stuff. Theatre actors are usually very good and sink into roles like Bond.

    Jason Isaacs

How about Jason Isaacs ("The Patriot")? He has the right accent, he has that steely gaze, he can do drama as well as the action. He also has that LOOK as well as the charisma. Of course, he also reminds me of how Timothy Dalton looked as Bond.

Just got finished watching "15 Minutes" on cable, and it ocurred to me that Edward Burns would make a nice James Bond. He'd need a dialect coach, but if Rene Zellwiger can get the Brit accent down, so can he.
