    I saw it today and it was a lot of fun.

    I'm not sure why it's drawing so many negative comments from posters here.
    It's supposed to be a fun family movie and I think on that level it more than delivered.

    It was the #1 movie of the weekend.

    I just think Bruckheimer's capable of so much more.

    Yes he is, but in it's own genre this movie was a hit for my money.
    He probably enjoyed a break from the heavier movies he is often involved in.

    I admit it looked completely lame, but it is a kids' movie. If it is #1 at the boxoffice next week, then I'll really be impressed.

    It was a cute, totally inoffensive little movie imo.
    I think it hit the atrget it was aimed at.
    The theatre I went to was full to bursting and both kids and adults seemed to really enjoy it.
    I strongly doubt it will stay at number one this week with Chicago now opening across the country.
