Is About Schmidt even released yet?

I keep hearing good things about Adaptation.

I think About Schmidt is in limited release right now, but I'm not sure. I have heard good things about "Adaptation", too.

Yep, I've only heard good about Adaptation but I really don't want to see it.
I missed Moonlight mile when it was at the theatre so I;m waiting to rent the dvd.

I do find it annoying when most of the best of films of a year have barely been out in that year. Oh well, it's just my little pet peeve.
I could go east, I could go west, it was all up to me to decide. Just then I saw a young hawk flyin' and my soul began to rise. ~Bob Seger

Damn! I didn't realize my head was buried so far deep in the sand. I have not seen a single one of those movies.
Iím haunted a little this evening by feelings that have no vocabulary and events that should be explained in dimensions of lint rather than words.

    I've seen just one.
When you're ten years old and a car drives by and splashes a puddle of water all over you, it's hard to decide if you should go to school like that or try to go home and change and probably be late. So while he was trying to decide, I drove by and splashed him again. - Jack Handey

Nancy, that annoys me too. Especially when 2 are in limited release and 3 were released the last WEEK of December. That doesn't even include LOTR, which was also in the second half of December.
If you go through a lot of hammers each month, I don't think it necessarily means you're a hard worker.
It may just mean that you have a lot to learn about proper hammer maintenance.

Sometimes "the best" is whatever's freshest in your mind. They did a "Top 90 of the 80's" thing on the radio back on New Year's Day 1990. I remember that many of the '89 songs they added to the list seemed frivolous and stupid. But they were fresh so the list compilers thought they were the "best". Sorry, but "Toy Soldiers" by Martika just hasn't stood the test of time. It had no business at #18 or whatever it was.

Thanks Paulie, now I have that freakin' song in my head for the drive home from work.

Martika was semi-hot though, and from what I have read, quite talented. I'm sure you saw Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo, right?
