I rented Bend it like Beckham last night. If you liked My Big Fat Greek Wedding, you'll like this. Not nearly as many funny scenes, just a strong female lead who wants more for herself than what her traditional Indian family wants.

the summer is just so crazy busy that I don't get to see all of the movies I'd like to see, thank goodness for Canadian winters, I can catch up no problem.

Office Space. It has a lot of good moments. Interesting concept. I liked it.

We rented Identity and Office Space. Loved both movies. Identity is great, I had no clue what was going on and was at the edge of my seat most of the movie. Office Space was funny but reminded me way too much of work. (hmmm, yeah, about that)

We watched "The Core" last night.

If you can keep your brain in a jar while you watch it could be enjoyable.

There were WAY too many times that I found myself rolling my eyes and yelling at my husband because the people were being so STOOOOOOPID.

I rented "Wrong Turn" this past weekend.

Good movie...it depicts West Virginia in a weird way, but all in fun. Of course...i'm sure there are towns close to that. If so...stay far away.

This wasn't a rental, but we bought "The Commitments" this weekend. None of my friends had heard of it, so I'm wondering if any of you have. We thought it was incredible. Truly truly excellent. Fabulous music, and insanely funny.
