I was disappointed by The Pacifier too, PhoneGrrrl. I only watched it because Diesel was in it, but it still sucked.

I saw Sahara last night...it was decent. Steve Zahn played his usual goofy character. And any movie where Matthew McConaughey takes off his shirt is a plus.
It was me. I let the dogs out.

That and the critically-slammed Birth, starring Nicole Kidman, are next on my rental queue.

I actually quite enjoyed Birth. But then again, I'm a sucker for big, desolate New York apartments, nice photography and anything even remotely Rosemary's Baby-ish (ie, Nicole Kidman's short 'do). It's a very good-looking film, and just seeing Lauren Bacall is worth the renting fee.

Sahara was the last movie I rented and saw on Sunday night. I thought it was a pretty good too!

I've been on an old movie kick lately.

The Ma and Pa Kettle Collection on DVD - (The Egg and I, Futher Adventures of Ma and Pa Kettle, etc). Truely entertaining.

The Miracle of Morgan Creek - Betty Hutton is so hilarious in this racy for it's time picture.

We just watched 'Constantine', it was ok. Then earlier this week I watched 'My Life as a Dog', that was a really good movie. Sad and happy at the same time somehow, and most certainly a movie I will remember.
ps. This is just my opinion in the matter.

Rented the Notebook and found the first two hours to be a little predictable and cheesy. However the last 30 minutes, which focused on the older couple was great. Overall the movie was done very well.

I just watched The Grudge. Wasn't scary as I thought it would be, but still was pretty creepy. That little boy was freaky!!!

    "Sideways"

A little boring but at times I thought it was pretty funny.

Just saw Crash. I thought it was well done but disturbing at times...so much racism!
