| Thank you, Snowy! The Dawn of the Dead music is as much fun as the House of 1,000 Corpses stuff, another movie I loved. I really like Rob Zombie...but don't tell Texie.

| I rented "The Nightmare Before Christmas". It was interesting. But since I was preoccupied with something else while I was watching it, I didn't get it. |

| Tonight we got Van Helsing. No amount of special FX, or Hugh Jackman could keep this corn-fest from stinkin' to high heaven (although I do want to steal Kate Beckinsdale's corset).

I think what was wrong with Van Helsing was that it was CGI overload....way too computerized.....it was really fake looking....I did like Dracula's brides though ![]() | |

Thanks so much for expressing exactly how I felt about the movie, Realitt tv fan. That really busted my suspension of disbelief--the FX were just far too computer-y looking. Also, really the script was cornier than a box of Fiddle-Faddle.And, yes, the Brides were hot (as Vampire Brides always are, e.g. a young Monica Bellucci in F.F. Coppola's version of Dracula)
