| Which one? There are apparently two versions in development. The first is Alexander, a historical epic by Oliver Stone, starring Colin Farrell in the titular role. Anthony Hopkins, Angelina Jolie, Val Kilmer, Rosaria Dawson, and Jared Leto are listed as cast members. It's already begun filming. The second is Alexander the Great by Baz Luhrman, staring Leonardo DiCaprio. It's further behind in development because it's changing filming location from Morocco to Australia because of terrorist bombings in Casablanca.

they made me like Romeo and Juliet... AND they made it possible for me to sit through a whole Leo movie I thought I'd hate the movie... but I actually quite liked it I'm looking forward to both adaptations.. Stone's is probably going to be more epic, focusing on the "bigger" things... battle scenes and stuff.. while Baz's is going to focus more on the actual life of Alexander... his homosexuality, etc.. that's what I think anyway | |
