Austin Powers (the first one). I had to threaten to walk home because my boyfriend didn't want to leave. Luckily it was the second feature at a drive in so I wasn't really out anything.

I took my daughter to Flinstones Viva Rock Vegas...that was the first feature and I had to drive out the in door to get out. They wouldn't open the exit until 15 minutes before the movie ended. I couldn't handle it.

Someone told me you can get your money back if you don't enjoy a movie even if you watch the whole thing. I guess the Theater shouldn't care, they make their money off the food and not a cent off the movie tickets, right? I was told that's why they charge so much for the food. I guess if the movie studio doesn't satisfy it's audience they deserve to give the money back...

The only thing I could tell you about the movie is it had David Niven and Woody Allen in it and it was suppose to be funny.
Casino royale is one of my favorite movies, It is such a spoof that its funny. All the actors they got to play in it makes it fun too. Everytime its one i try and catch it. I really love the scene with the bagpipe players and the end fight in the casino. i find it to be tons better than austin Powers

I don't think so, I thought I heard somewhere that the studio and theater split the ticket money.

And they charge so much for food because they can. You're not supposed to bring any in with you, so where else are you going to get it. Just like amusement parks.

I sometimes sneak in my bottled water.

I've never actually left a theatre, but I was so close to walking out during "When Dreams May Come".

I know it was thought-provoking movie, but for a person that loves action movies, this was like torture. It was so slow and boring that I was literally falling asleep. I looked over at my two friends that went with me and they were also nodding off.

I walk right in with a bag of BK in my hands and nobody ever says a thing about it. The movie theater I go to has a bunch of rules posted in the lobby and there isn't one about outside food. Maybe that feel it goes without saying?

I didn't walk out of it, but the newest Planet of the Apes movie was horrible! I should've left to escape the horror.

Was in the video store, saw the movie I had mentioned earlier in the thread with Robbie Benson that was so bad, I left...One on One. Yuck.

I also left early from Friday the 13th, of course had to wait for all my friends as they stayed in the theater.

Rented 9 months with Hugh Grant, watched about 15 minutes of that last night, wow that was a lousy movie.

I actually liked some of these movies. Bringing Out the Dead. Shangai Knights. Planet of the Apes. What Dreams May Come. They're good, not great. None of these stink as much as Down to Earth as supposed "comedy." I promised myself never to watch a Chris Rock movie again. But Head of State which was surprisingly pretty good.
