| Bruce Willis in "Death Becomes Her". What a hideous movie. Heck, add in Goldie Hawn and Meryl Streep (what was she thinking?) in that abomination. ![]() -Randy |

| "Soap Dish" was a truly terrible film. Yet its cast was full of actors and actresses who normally make top notch films. I saw it at the movie theater and after about 20 minutes a tenth or so of the crowd walked about, about a third into the movie about 25% of the audience had walked out, my date and I made it about 3/4 of the way through the film before we couldnt take anymore. By then the theater had lost literally at least 50-60% of the paying crowd. I think those remaining were either masochists or they were just stubborn and planed to get their money's worth - even if it killed them. Some of the actors involved in this waste of celluloid. Whoopi Goldberg Sally Field Kevin Kline Robert Downey Jr. Elizabeth Shue Terri Hatcher Garry Marshall Kathy Najimy Carrie Fisher Cathy Moriarity |

I actually liked the movie. I found it to be very atmospheric. I epsecially liked the orgy scene involving the cloaked marquis de sade type charecters at the country estate. I thought that it was chilling and mesmerizing at the same time. A cult-like atmosphere with lots of pomp and circumstance with a quasi devil woship or black mass angle - right down to the choosing of the women to participate in group debauchery. Sort of a living scene of Dante's Inferno but from the perspective of someone who enjoyed being a demon in hell. The masks were amazing in how they projected the personality of the wearer. Some happy, some sad, some evil and some ridiculous, yet all depeciting the moods of the wearer who have no choice but to live out their fate in the bowels of hell or in this case the performance. | |
