    Favorite Directors/Writers

With Kill Bill coming out this Friday it finally marks the return of my favorite Director and Writer Quentin Tarantino (I'm a major pulp fiction/RD fan, I also love True Romance, which he didn't direct but did write).

I am also a big fan of David Lynch's crazy paced directing (most of it - especially Mulholland Drive and Blue Velvet), and the Farrelly Brothers are my favorite Comedy writers and Directors (just beating out Kevin Smith)

Who are your favorite directors and/or writers?

A couple of my favorite directors include Lasse Hallstrom (did Chocolat & "What's eating gilbert grape" among others) & I also really like Jerry Bruckheimer, his movies are always fun & interesting even if they're not really "deep" or anything... I also really like Nora Ephron who did "Sleepless in seattle" , "You've got mail" and last but not least, let me not forget Rob Reiner ...

Bahz Lurhman (I think that's how it's spelt). I LOVE his artsy style.
If you really did love music, you wouldn't limit yourself to just one genre.

M Night Shyamalan. I really like his "The Sixth Sense" and "The Village". But "Signs" was a letdown.

    Tim Burton
    Spike Lee
    Quentin Tarantino

Like ue, M Night Shyamalan -- I think he is one of the few, who can make us go "hmm??" "OHHHHHHHHH" "wow!!!" all at the same time.

Also, James Cameron, I mean okay, as corny as Titanic was, it was A "great" movie, back in those days was a huge production.

    Spielberg?
