Not at all. That's a personal favorite of mine, as well.

I absolutely adore soundtracks...

I have alot of the previously mentioned soundtracks, and there is no way I can top Jewelsy's list. But a few others that I didn't see mentioned...

Chicago
Hope Floats
Living Out Loud
Life is Beautiful
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
Bridget Jones Diary
Charlies Angels

For those other Moulin Rouge fans out there - you may not know, they released a second soundtrack that is quite good. It has several instrumental pieces on there, as well as the movie version of Come What May, and Like a Virgin. For the diehard fans like myself...

Another good soundtrack, which a friend of mine has, is from Baz Lurhman's Romeo and Juliet.

LOVE the soundtrack to the Commitments! Hard to understand the brogues in the movie though. Whew - needed q-tips to keep up.

Broadway shows:
Rent
Damn Yankees
Beauty and the Beast
How to succeed in business without really trying

Movies I remember offhand:
Valley Girl
Vision Quest - LOVE this one

I'm a big fan of the new DareDevil soundtrack. But when it comes to movie scores, the best is the HalloweeN score.

Oh boy...I had to go investigate for this one. We have a lot lurking around the house. Now, naturally, these aren't all MINE, but nothing too embarrassing. My parents are cool.

Singles
Lost Highway
Moulin Rouge
Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me
LOTR: The Two Towers
Best of 007
Jesus Christ Superstar
Amadeus
Pirates of Penzance
Oklahoma
Hunchback of Notre Dame
Goldeneye
O Brother, Where Art Thou?
Legends of the Fall
Lonesome Dove
Pulp Fiction
Last of the Mohicans
Bye Bye Love
Sound of Music
Little Shop of Horrors
Les Miserables
Aladdin
Lion King
Joeseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat
Grease
Always
Annie
Blues Brothers 2000
Braveheart
Enemy at the Gates
Fantasticks
Forever Young
Mr. Holland's Opus
Beauty & the Beast
The Piano
Pure Country
Stand By Me
Star Wars (original one)
Saturday Night Fever (It's notable to mention this one is on vinyl. Groovy, eh!? )
Little Mermaid
Tarzan
Fiddler on the Roof
West Side Story

There you have it. If the list was "broadway musical soundtracks," I'd look like an even bigger nerd.

Wow, Mantenna. There's another mega-list. I gots to bow down.

Yeah, I didn't include Broadway Musical soundtracks either. Except I could put "Hedwig the Angry Inch" in there.

I loved Hedwig! Great movie, and I'm sure the soundtrack is excellent...
