Yipee! More musicals!

Apparently Rob Marshal (who made "Chicago") is planning to do remakes of "Guys and Dolls" and "Damn Yankees"!

These are my favorite kinds of movies, so I'm pretty excited!!

Wow, that's great! Guys and Dolls has already been done with Frank Sinatra, but I'm sure this will be totally different. You could really go big with that musical.

I'm not sure if Damn Yankees has ever been done, but that would also be a fun one to watch!

I love seeing musicals making a comeback.

There was a version of Damn Yankees done with Gwen Verdon, Ray Walston and Tab Hunter (I think...) It was good, but I'll still look forward to a remake!

LOVE Damn Yankees - I saw it on broadway with Bebe Neuwirth - I think it would make an excellent movie.

How about South Pacific with real singers and no funny camera tricks?

Yup, South Pacific is another good one and I know what you mean about the camera or filters when she sang Bali Hai. Supposedly, they also thought it was strange, but either didn't have the time or budget to reshoot. R&H were a kick @$$ team!
