My husband never talks in a movie. The one movie he did speak up and make a comment was in Titanic. "Sink the damn ship already!" 'Nuff said.

Matrix Reload was a major downer. I really liked the first one. I was totally insulted at the fact that I had to wait for Neo to translate all of that gobbeldy-gook that was being said by the Oracle and Architect. And what was with the orgy in the center of the earth?

I am a HUGE Ewan McGregor fan, and I couldn't finish Moulin Rouge.

I was disappointed in Chicago. Seems to me that if one has seen the show on stage, they hated the movie. That's me. "All That Jazz" is one hot music/dance number, and they chopped it all up! Sacrilege!

I absolutely hate Moulin Rouge. And the Harry Potter movies. Love the books, not the same for the movies.

Vanilla Sky. Barf. Hated it. I want my 2 hours back.

Matrix Reloaded-Would have been great if they would have cut about a half an hour of it. The animators obviously got a little full of themselves and decided to show off in endless fight scenes that went on so long they actually became boring.

    not necessarily in any order:

    Private Ryan
Austin Powers (actually walked out during the 2nd one)
    Green Mile
    Titanic
Any home movie with me in it.

I know there are a b-gillion more, but I've bored you all enough.

They already have a strong fan-base who will buy tickets. If you don't like the comic-book insprised movies, you'll be disappointed to look at the kinds of films in development. The Movies tab at http://www.cinescape.com/0/devheck_2.asp lists movies in production or preproduction. Lots of them are from comics, though I don't recognize most: 30 Days of Night, Alien vs. Predator, Astro Boy, Barbarella, Batman 5, Batman Beyond, Batman vs. Superman, Battle Angel Alita, Battle Chasers, Black Panther... You get the idea and I'm not even through the B's yet. Hopefully most of these will die before they get under serious production.
Tugboats and arson. That's all I ever get from you guys.
