Here's my go at the remaining screencaps.

Horseback riding is Heather. There is a preview after last week that clearly shows Luke and Heather riding together and having a conversation.

Spa dates: I have used quotes from the LA Times article. I think bathrobe screencaps and bubble bath are part of spa date.

Mandy gets hot stone massage:
"Mandy is thrilled to learn she is first. They head for hot stone massages and cozy up on a sofa, holding hands."
"Soon, they are passionately kissing while he rubs her thigh."

Tali get foot massage:
"The producers at the spa decide that Tali, 26, a motivational speaker who grew up in Israel, is next. They think she's been too reserved, so Allen (producer) coaches Conley on topics to address during their foot massage."
"I think there's been a deeper connection between you and I from the beginning," Conley says when she arrives. "Whenever we lock eyes, I just feel that something happens."
"What happens next is a make-out session. During a short pause, they discuss religion and Conley surprisingly tells her that he's willing to marry a non-Christian."

Malissa gets a wine bath:
"Minutes later, Conley is in a wine bath with Malissa, 26, rubbing her back."

"Soon, they are making out."

Kristian gets hand massage:
"Conley next enjoys hand massages and soft kisses with Kristian, 26".

Anna gets hot tub:

Lauren gets wine & cheese tasting:
"and a wine and cheese tasting with Lauren, 26, who isn't happy about being last."

Looks like Mandy in red dress ? solo date.

Who is the girl in the belly dancing (leopard print dress with black top) looks like at the moroccan restaurant date week 4?

Hula dancing with Luke looks like 3 ladies: black & pink blonde; white & gold long dark hair; white and blue long dark hair.
There are 3 that goes to Hawaii (LA Times Article).

This photo from Hawaii?? I see 3 ladies. Malissa in black and pink; Tali in white and gold; ??Mandy or Anna in white and blue. The professional dancers are wearing headdress these 3 are not. What do you think?

Here's the lady at the moroccan restaurant belly dancing. It's either Melissa, Danielle, Amanda, Christina or Bonnie. Which one?

I think it's either Melissa or Danielle; I tend toward Melissa because of part in hair (unless photo is flipped, of course) but also little "V" where her hair comes towards her face -- I think that's Melissa if you look at other photos.

This photo from Hawaii?? I see 3 ladies. Malissa in black and pink; Tali in white and gold; ??Mandy or Anna in white and blue. The professional dancers are wearing headdress these 3 are not. What do you think?

I guess it's probably Hawaii with the leis, although the headdresses don't strike a "Hawaii" chord to me -- I could definitely be wrong there. Yes, it's probably Malissa in pink/red and black (although it could be Heather if she cut her hair); the gal in white and gold just doesn't strike me as Tali; the gal in white and blue could be Tali IMO, but also Anna or Mandy
