I looked up truffles. It's Latin for "lump". Carter is making chocolate lumps.
...The judges really liked his lumps!
So someone unexpected is going home.

Cutter's truffles were, well, STUNNING! Dang you Cutter for making me want chocolates at 8 o'clock on a Monday night. In the bottom 2 - Leslie and some woman (I forgot her name). Well you know Leslie's not going home.
It was Christine who left. (I'm now short another team member.)
I have to agree with their decision if it truly was down to "looks bad" and "tastes bad". I'll take "looks bad" every day of the week, thank you!!
Well, WTG Cutter At this point my pool is a mess, so I will cheer for anyone
Great seeing Mrs. GR
I thought making truffles was a tough one, Mr cock sure Leslie didnt look so cocky..
The average dog is a nicer person than the average person
Truffles aren't as hard to make as they made them out to be. Heat cream, pour over chopped chocolate, mix, cool, shape in balls, dip, and decorate. I've never added butter before, but maybe that cuts the richness and heavyness of the chocolate. I think the time constraint (one hour) is what added the pressure, not the actual difficulty of the truffles.
I only saw the last 6 minutes of the show, so I'm sure I missed some exciting events, LOL! Was the first part any good?
I was surprised that the blue team won because their beef was so rare and everyone said that the red team's lobster was perfectly cooked. But then we heard later that Leslie left out herbs and spices, so that probably had something to do with it.
I've made truffles before with mixed results. Some were awsome while other batches went right into the trash.
Some people dream of having a big swimming pool - with me it's closets."
