She must not have got the message that reality show contestants are a dime a dozen nowadays.
Even "winning" doesn't guarantee anyone will be interested enough in you to extend your 15 minutes.

It's true that no one has made the leap from reality TV to actor, but then again, she sounds like someone who just likes being in the public eye, and it certainly never hurts to be seen on TV, especially if you get to play the sweetheart role...
How Cristy the PR professional plays of her appearance is another question.
