It seems like Rachel is trying to have a decent attitude about the whole thing:
"Do I think I got portrayed fairly? Hell no," giggles Veltri, a flight attendant from Chicago.
"But I go back to work [today]," she says. "We'll see if I get food thrown at me."
"I'm very up front, and I speak my mind," says Veltri. "And when you do that, there's a lot of footage and they ran with it."
At least she is able to laugh it off, and she's not trying to deny that it happened. It's gotta be really hard, when you are confronted with your own 'bad' behavior, to deal with it gracefully or even semi-gracefully.
Rachel doesn't bother me as much as some of the others, she seems to be herself and doesn't care if it's what the public wants. I think when she laughed at her $1 check it showed she can see humor in herself and her 'luck'.
Wouldn't mind seeing her in the next one, and I love the suggestions about 2 girls, 2 different sized checks and let's give Rachel the low one. We've all gotta be entertained. :)
:omg The producers actually told her that?! I hope they had their fingers crossed behind their backs. :winkgrin
