    Million Dollars? Maybe in Hell!!!

This just in from the forum at TWOP.com: according to the rapid fire disclaimer at the end of the episode...

THE MILLION DOLLARS IS PAID OUT OVER 40 YEARS!

    1,000,000, minus 37% leaves 630,000.

    630,000 divided by 40 is 13.

THAT MEANS THE WINNER GETS A CHECK FOR $13 GRAND!

And, of course, much less in 2043, when we'll all be living in Jetson Palace and using the space Euro...

To paraphrase 'Field of Dreams,', f*cking owners.

Okay, $13 grand is soooooo not worth it to put up with this guy. I'd rather be strapped naked to an ant hill and forced to watch Brady Bunch reruns for eternity.

I could work at McDonalds for the next 40 years part time and bring in 13K a year. And that way the only greaseballs I would need to contend with would be in the fryer.

    That's on their fall schedule...

    Fake 1 million dollar

    It's not 13000$ each year but 15750$.

It's not even one million dollar because if you actualize each year the value they receive, it's like if the winner gets around 275 000$ today using a ROE equal to government bonds.

Remember that 1 million dollar now worth much more than 1 million dollar in the future and given on a yearly basis... it's the basic of annuities.

Thanks for help with the math... stupid caveman small cranium!

But even I know that amount of cash ain't worth doing what these ladies are thinking of doing... take the fame, get out with your dignity intact.

Or stick around and amuse as all to no end. Whatever.

That is PERFECT. Great ending. So does that mean they get a check for $13,000 at the end of the show?
If you go through a lot of hammers each month, I don't think it necessarily means you're a hard worker.
It may just mean that you have a lot to learn about proper hammer maintenance.

Maybe they'll get a few rolls of nickels.

Off to Vegas, baby and turn those nickels into GOLD!

I just noticed that disclaimer after tonight's show, but it went by so fast.

This show is just not worth it for these women (well, I guess they are the judges of that). Maybe some will get some nude spread offers and others will hang out at Belly, but $15k a year (for 40 years) for basically turning yourself into a courtesan? I'm not exactly sure why people go on these shows, though. Maybe they just like being on t.v.
