OMG cali....I swear I don't mean to offend you by laughing, but holy cow, THAT made me laugh so hard!!! I really DIDN'T need to hear that there are reality rags out there! How bad can we get!?!!? sheesh

They had some article about a PPV show called "Who Wants To Be A Pornstar" Yes, it's true. But nothing about this
There was a thread started here at the Fort where I saw that. There's an actual website for it also...they took applications even! Strange strange world we're in........

But yeah, I've never seen/heard of this one at all.

    Hello everyone,
I am a person with dwarfism. I know many other people with dwarfism and some of those on the show. Trust me, they know exactly what they are doing and the reactions they will get. The motivation for some was either money or publicity which may lead to bigger and better things in their mind. I personally have mixed feelings because yes we do have a right to be in any show but then again most people have no idea about dwarfism, so what little people see isn't positive. Unfortunately we are not mainstream and the only roles offered are degrading for the most part. Exceptions were Family Law and the movie The Station Agent. It would be nice if Hollywood for once would see people with dwarfism for their actual talent and not their size.

I hope you stick around and give us your thoughts on the show (If you watch it ).

Holleywood needs to get out into the real world in a lot of areas. Hopefully one day they will and we will have better representation accross the board

to the Fort LPChick!! I hope you stick around for The Littlest Groom threads when the show starts rolling. I think you can provide a very insightful point of view about the show, as you have already showed in your above post.

    Thankyou

    Thankyou all!
I am glad to be here and I will watch the show. I know some of the people on the show and I'd like to see what happens! I think also it is only fair to judge a show once a person has seen it. I would like to extend myself and say if anyone has questions please feel free to ask me, I will be happy to answer!

But that's what all reality TV shows are about - the ratings. No one puts together a reality show to "send a message" or to be educational or for any higher cause. It's all a ratings game.

And Cali, I got that Reality Tv magazine, too. I actually thought it was pretty good. I enjoyed the article on Rupert.
