When Amy Schumer was the funniest one... something is wrong...

Well much to my surprise, Dee kinda made me laugh a bit. Not Derek Edwards quality laughter, mind you, but a smidgen of a chortle nonetheless.

She didn't really do it for me this evening, but I've found her to generally be the funniest overall throughout the entire painful process.

Amy is my favorite of the final 5 for the series, but I didn't think she had too much to offer tonight. Sadly, I thought Dee had the best set tonight. Wow.

I just went online to vote, read the rules, and found out it is limited to 5 votes per email address or 5 votes per phone number. That's right, call all you want, but according to their rules only the first 5 calls are going to count! We felt ripped off, as we called in votes for both Amy and Dee, and if only 5 got through -- not explained on TV, tsk tsk -- then we wasted our time and did not get to express how we felt votewise.

Good goobley gook, they were all sort of... well awful.

Lavelle actually made me laugh at the end and the others? Just a bit of a smile. They weren't that good.

I didn't find anything that Reep did funny and it was actually almost painful to watch. Harris seemed off, I usually find him funny but not tonight. Amy? Boring.

I think Dee had some funny material but I was too distracted by the odd pacing and wondering if he was drunk or something.

    I thought they all sucked.
Lavell has made me laugh in the past but not tonight.
Jon Reep - not bad but not great.
Ralph Harris - the drunk bit was not funny and went on forever.
Amy - was okay, I guess. I find her comments after each joke annoying (Yeah. I know, right?). Stop it.
Gerry Dee- better than I thought he would be but that's not saying much. His delivery left much to be desired though- I was with Harmony in wondering if he was drunk or something.

I enjoyed AmySchumer and GerryDee the most. The others left me cold. I feel the night was anticlimactic. It's a shame they didn't do "shoot off"s like the finale every week. That way we get to see more of all of the comics. I don't like how the comics like to wimp out and try not to go up on a weekly basis!

We did too. I hope they make it through!!!

Of course this week's America's Next Producer, which we saw that same night, was way funnier than any of the comics, albeit unintentionally.
