I have seen Roz on tv before on Comic view...and I saw another pro in the background. I can't think of his name..the bald black guy with the Chester the Cat smile always dressed in suits.

He was on a previous season. His whole schtick is that he will NEVER make it, but he likes being on TV. The producers accommodate him so they can make fun of him. He pays his own way around the country to do this.
