I believe it's Mitch Hedberg. I've heard a lot of great things about him, but I've never seen him do stand up.

    generally in no particular order:

    George Carlin
    Jon Stewart
    Dave Attell

Nick Swardson - if you get a chance to see him - very funny. He's really young, looks like a 20-something punk, and has great jokes, great delivery, and I like the way his material flows. He begins with childhood jokes, and ends with grandma jokes. Well done.

    Ellen Degeneres

I love most comics/comedians, dislike few.

(I'm sorry all the Dane Cook lovers - he looks like a Jim Carey (sp?) in training.)

JMO - please excuse the editorials)

Lots of comics that I like have been listed be here's another one to add to the list

    John Leguizamo

What up with the female comics? Nothing there that I can stand, expect Cho. Maybe I should pick up some of Diller's work because I know she is famous, but am not familar with any of her work. There got to be more females out there. Here are a few funny ladies,

    Andrea Martin
    Catherine O'Hara

I just can't think of more then that right now.

Dane Cook of course, Wanda Sykes, the small woman with a high pitched voice but can make her voice sound deep (i believe her first name is Maria), Ellen Degeneres, Robin Williams (as long as it is his uncensored material, it will have you in stitches), Adele Givens, Mo'Nique, Bernie Mac, George Carlin, and the candian lesbian who has a Russian (i believe a Russian mother).
