As for John's set, I thought he went with one idea and went after it...he looked hilarious as the girl running back into the bar...and he always looks so comfortable...like his mind already knows the next 10 jokes while his mouth is telling the current.

My votes went to John just because I am the "we gotta go girl". Yep I hate to admit it but I am exactly how he described.

John, now that you have that out of your system because I like your stupid things we did as kids jokes.

My guess for the top 3 is : Alonzo, John and Kathleen.

I was looking for a net-voting link (wasn't paying attention to the tv screen at the time) and found it here. Thanks.

Since LCS is my favorite show, I thought I'd give my thoughts...

Jay: his best set so far. I know alot of people don't get his style, but I love it. He got my wildcard vote, and I'll be happy if he makes it to the final based on tonight's set.

Gary: never really liked the guy. What's with him and cookies, anyway? He did very well tonight, but not good enough to get my vote.

John: cool guy, but he wasn't the same tonight. He ditched his usual type of material, and bombed it toward the end. I liked how he always did material that any age could relate to, but tonight he was trying too hard.

Kathleen: always liked her, and tonight's set was very good,,, for her. She'd be my third or fourth choice.

Tammy: easily the best set she's ever had, and my choice for best set of the night.

Alonzo: great material. Enough said.

I gave Tammy 2 votes and sent 1 Alonzo's way.

Alonzo and Tammy are the funniest comics and hopefully will be 2 of the 3 remaining next week. John and Kathleen did well. Gary is too full of himself. How can anyone think Jay is funny? I find it very difficult to watch him. I have this urge to yank that jacket off his arm and straighten up his posture.

I have to disagree there. IF I vote for Tammy, it won't be based off of any of her past performances, any of her scheming. I'd be voting on how well she did tonight. And, considering tonights performance, she could very well be in the top 3 - she definitely performed well enough to maybe clinch a spot.
