Would you buy a DVD of season 1?

Just wondering if anyone else would love to have a dvd of season 1?

I'd buy it. I can't say I'd watch it...but I've got an unopened copy of the first season of SCTV on my shelf--bought on the day it was released.

It'd be nice if there was a Dave & Rich commentary track...and full sets from the showdowns in the extras...and maybe longer clips from the try-outs show. God knows I need to see the angry clown and the Banana again.

I'd like a highlight reel with the bathtub moment, the Dat Phan Karate/Mordal in the bushes moment, the hide and seek, the Vos "Don" talk, and the Mordal Rainbows & Skittles interview. The rest? I can take or leave most of it.

It's not enough for a decent DVD, especially with all the Dat standup moments they'd feel compelled to put in.

Don't they air repeats on Comedy Central? I'd settle for those. No offense to LCS, but I wouldn't buy any reality shows on DVD.

Season One, sure...I probably wouldn't watch the finale though, I'd hate to be disappointed like that again...although the Hide and Seek segment would keep me entertained for hours on end. Just keep going back to Dat Phan hiding behind the curtain in the theater, sweating, confused, and lonely.

Season Two, no way, unless some serious changes happen before the finale. The show is rigged so much it's sickening...this isn't a competition at all...although I continue to watch it because I like to be in pain... and I just like seeing the comedians do their standup.
