    My problem isn't really either of the phone or email loopholes. It's the perception some people are putting out that basically says to me, 'My vote is worth 20 times yours!' And to me, there's no solution because even if for instance, I got pissed off about it and voted 20 times, people like them would come back next time and vote a 100 times.
