A Rabbi, rabbit and rabid dog walk into a bar...

Iím here for the segment of the population that really cares about Last Comic Standing. Iím writing this for the demographic that enjoys comedians, likes to laugh, and finds my writing amusing.
    And ME ME ME!

Loved your West Coast recap and am loving this one! Your assessment of the comics is spot on.

My favorites were Dave Mordal from Elk River, MN and Mike Bocchetti, Staten Island, NY and I am glad they were selected. In Mike's case, I felt that if they hadn't picked him he would have had a meltdown right then and there.

I enjoyed the shows. They were very entertaining as were your recaps.

Caligirl, I hate to break it to you, but Mike Bocchetti didn't make it. At the end of the show his friends were crowded around him saying "He deserves to be in the house. Have you got a second house?"

And thanks for the compliments, all! I should have led with a shameless cry for validation back when I first started writing!

Oh no, Wayner! What's going to happen to him now? I could have sworn...ok, I'll *sniffle* get over *sob* it.

I guess there was a reason you didn't mention him at the end.

God Wayner, that opening paragraph had me rolling!

other parts I loved: (whole thing really, but I try to narrow it down

I think we can safely assume that we wonít be seeing Strawberry again any time soon.

I ponder what might have been if only Danielle had worn something taupe.
    I don't know why...that made me laugh

Cali, I think it's because your name is Bob Doganowski. And I'm glad someone thought that was funny; I thought perhaps I was only amusing myself.

Nice work Wayner! I can't imagine it would be easy to pin down a bunch of people that we only see for like a minute or so, and describe their sense of humor without just transcribing the show. What a fun recap - and the intro killed!
