I thought the food kind of looked good. But the wait and the playing in the kitchen would totally get on my nerves.
I'm watching. My impression so far? Hate Josette, love garlic. So I would have a problem with the service, but not the...what was the middle thing? The stuff with all the garlic. Sounded good.
Man, never mind being annoyed as a customer, I would be chronically annoyed if I worked there. Who still thinks the high school experience is the pinnacle of their life?
Portion size is a big problem for me no matter what restaurant I go to. I don't understand how anyone can finish a plate at most places! It's ridiculous and wasteful and they always look at me like I'm crazy for not taking it with me. I want one dinner, please, that's all.
Oh no, this guy isn't going to make any changes. He just wanted someone to fix his walk-in door.

I missed some of that. Did they say what went into the meatballs? I keep making them, and they just keep sucking - it would really helpful if I could get a tip or two from Gordon Ramsay.
