| Re: 10/31 Show Discussion Thread **Spoilers** I missed the first airing of this episode, so hubby and I caught it last night. OMFG, I was so grossed out by the bugs (especially the flies everywhere). What I didn't understand was why some of the diners complained about the flies once they got their food, but not during the 40+ minutes they waited for it? I would have walked in and right back out at the sight of that place. The poor owner looked like he wanted to cry as Gordon ranted about the filth, but he should have been checking his kitchen too (he's the one losing the money). It always strikes me as odd when the owners claim they have no knowledge of their businesses being dirty, if I owned a restaurant I'd be so scared of losing money that I'd check out everything every night. All in all, a good choice for Halloween :o) |
