| Re: 10/17 Show Discussion Thread **Spoilers** Hi y'all! Owner seems like a jackass. Hostess looks as if she has one too many packs of unfiltered cigarettes.

| Re: 10/17 Show Discussion Thread **Spoilers** A piece of glass on the table? This guy is already rubbing me the wrong way, I can't wait to see how Gordon deals with his attitude. The GM seems like a cartoon character. Are all of these places in New York?

| Re: 10/17 Show Discussion Thread **Spoilers** Old people like good food. That really bugs me that they implied their customers were sub par because they came from the facility near by. They should capitalize on that. | |

| Re: 10/17 Show Discussion Thread **Spoilers** Gordon always orders the crab cakes in all of these places. I think it's his barometer for how good the food is in a place.

| Re: 10/17 Show Discussion Thread **Spoilers** Busted the waiter for chewing gum, I'm completely guilty of this back in my waiting table days, I was a pro at hiding it, glad I grew out of that phase. What in the heck is that...did he say prawns? It looked weird. What do these restaurant owners THINK he's going to do, love everything? Obviously he's there for a reason, so bizzare that they get so offended.

| Re: 10/17 Show Discussion Thread **Spoilers** That's what I was thinking. They probably thought he'll just pay for a lot of upgrades, revamp their marketing and voila!, cash starts flowing in with minimum effort. This owner looks like he doesn't even want to make any changes.
