Well the food isn't great because that chef could care less, he's burnt out...bad management. Can't wait to see what they do with this place.

I agree with the owner though, I like when the owners stop by my table to see how I like things, so maybe I'm weird. I wouldn't expect Gordon to stop by my table, but I'd be thrilled if he did!

I think the point Gordon was trying to make is that he should take pride in the food also.

These people probably watched too much Iron Chef. There's no need to present an ordinary salad in a funnel or a margarita glass.
