Maybe it's just me, but not only does the restaurant look filthy, so do the people working there.

After watching some of this crap on this show it almost embarrasses me to say that I'm in the restaurant business. I could never, ever work in an environment like that.

I should tape this show and watch it every night before dinner. I'll lose tons of weight.

I really feel bad for the owner/son. Yeah, he's ineffective but he just seems so beat down. And the chef is... I can't even think of a PG-13 word for him.

He's a graduate from the Cullinary Institue of America too. Otherwise known as the other CIA. I'm sure they're exceedingly happy to have their name mentioned on this show.
