I'm glad the chef got canned. I hope it's not just a cosmetic change for the show and they hang on to the new guy.

So five months later the restaurant is sold. Well peter did say he needed about a million to get out of debt.

Heck yes. The show paid for all the upgrade/cleanup that was done giving Peter a higher selling price at no additional expense. He wasn't cut out for the business at all.

Kind of makes me wonder if it was up for sale prior and this was done to get a better price?
