I really, really want to see Ramsay rip into the head chef. And Doug needs to grow a set and start acting like he owns the joint, instead of letting the chefs boss him around.

These people doesn't deserve all the cash the show is probably going to sink into it so they can screw it up again a couple of months down the line.

That whole kitchen was just slimy. I don't think any of the employees give a rip about the place anymore.

Awesome! They deserved to be fired for their attitude alone, never mind their non-existant cooking skills. They had to be two of the sorriest "chefs" I've ever seen.
