I'm sorry but how hard is it to take a reservation? You check the book, and fill it in. Mike is really unprofessional. And an emotional wreck.

Billy will never succeed in business. Mike is going to fall back into his old habits as soon as the cameras are turned off. He should have been kicked out.

I agree Froggy. Billy needs to be stronger, and Mike just doesn't have the right personality.

Billy certainly didn't impress me at all. He seems to have 0 knowledge of the restaurant business. He's a host/greeter at best.

I totally agree with you MsFroggy. I think Mike is a FAKE. Honestly Billy shouldn't have given him a second chance and sorry to say I don't think Billy really has a head for running his own place.

It looks like the website has the original menu, did they change back?

Running a restaurent is a business and Billy abdicated being the boss a long time ago. I blame a lot of this on Billy. Either his wife did not step up to manage the business, didn't have the skills, or besides being a wife, maybe mother did not want the addition strain on the marriage of being a business partner and I can't blame her. Mike is a total drain on this business. Unless Billy has the balls to stand up and act the boss and put Mike in his place I honestly cannot see the business succeeding.

Interesting how Gordon always targets the manager. There must be some decent managers out there?
