I'll be here. I'm pretty excited about Ramsy coming to America!
I very much believe in rescuing animals, not buying them.

What a fine dysfunctional group this is.![]()
More interested in this than a LAME Lost Comic finale.
I LOVED the British version of Kitchen Nightmares. TEN times better than Hell's Kitchen.
If they "foxify" this too much I will be furious.

I love Long Island. It is a whole different world...

The brother Peter is an idiot.
The hard part here is that many of the British locations were restaurants that aspired to fine dining and the offense was how far short they fell. They had a FEW places which were more common dining, but it wasn't the rule. In fact, Gordon's role with the fine dining places was usually to tell them to simplify the food--to "un-fru-fru" the food and make it cheaper.
I hear a FOX narrator already. And I HATE it. Gordon HIMSELF narrates on the British version, and its brilliant. Having that lame Hell's Kitchen narrator makes the show seem tawdry. And its not supposed to be.
I hope the show has the guts to head to at least a few worthy places instead of going constantly to bottom-dwellers. The perfect restaurant for this show is supposed to be a great restaurant that's slipped. Not some crappy Long Island place that seems like it was always trash.
Even the interview bits STINK. Make them candid interviews while they are working, not the little "take aside" bits that crappy reality shows always do.

That cooler is foul. Makes me wonder how some of my favorite restaurants look in back.
Peter is an asshat, too.
