Angelo is really enjoying this, isn't he?

I don't see how they cook anything in that tiny little cramped kitchen!

According to this survey Peter's is given a 5.5 on a scale of 10.

That kitchen is a nightmare for any kind of volume true, but its second in the chain.

Ingredients are even more important. It can be the simplest food in the world, but "fresh" and "unspoiled" are the keys.

Also, "not having a loud, crude, useless son-of-a-bitch in the way, stealing money from the register, giving away food, and obviously fiddling with the accounting". That's key too...

So, FOX bought their way out of this.

Again, not something that would be done on the "real" version of this show. They had to dig their own way out of their hole on that. Still, I suppose this episode might have been a REAL disaster if they hadn't. So maybe they had no choice.

And Peter? The man belongs in a cage.

Good find, Unk. I'm surprised they rated that high.

Peter needs a Xanax.

It tickled me when they said the ravioli was from Restaurant Depot. Restaurant Depot is a cash and carry supply house. I sometimes go in there to pick up smallwares when I need them in a crunch.

Yogi The Dad sounds like he's been forgiving Peter The Roid' Head for far too much his life...

Frankly, Gordon being there with his cameras does more for a restaurant than anything else. The local newspapers and news crews show up, and thus people come to star-gaze.

Is Peter supposed to have even a single redeeming quality? He's a piece of s#@t with muscles and little else. If it wasn't for his sister, I'd say let the place go down in flames.

Peter has no clue about operating a restaurant. Had I been on the line I would have stabbed him with a knife for taking my food like that.

He said the waitress was having a meltdown. No, a true meltdown would find him wearing some of his food.
