You'd better surprised at how many 'good' accents he can do. I have had the luxury of listening to him on KROQ radio in Los Angeles since 1996 (??) and he's a riot at times. He does an impersonation of The Pope, who strangely sounds like a very old 'Dracula'. It's hilarious.

I have contacted FCC for a ruling on this, and they ruled that Section 508 of the Communications act does not apply in this case, however, the show may be in violation of other federal rules prohibiting deceptive trade practices, and/or fraud.

Prime example was the first Joe schmo. Unless there was a twist in which he actually received the US $ 1 million prize, the producers committed a federal fraud offense and are subject to penalty, no matter what waivers/contracts/etc. were signed, because such waivers are not allowed to excuse criminal conduct

My mistake on prize amount--But Joe Schmo still breaks the rules

Yes, I made an error when I said USD 1,000,000 prize. However, fraud is still fraud, and when it invloves a sum as high as multiple thousands of dollars its a felony

I don't know what "fraud" you're referring to, but I am also looking forward to the new version, and to Ralph's smarmy Brit. Thanks to SpikeTV for believing in the projects (Joe Schmo and the new series), but this stuff needs to be on a bigger network in order to get more exposure.

Hey getreal, long time no see. It's good to see your caricatures again. Can't wait to see your new ones, once Joe Schmo II starts.
