N.J. Town to Honor Andrich With Own Day

LAMBERTVILLE, N.J. - Mayor David Del Vecchio is making good on his promise to have a day honoring "Joe Millionaire" winner Zora Andrich.
"Zora Day" will be held Saturday in this riverside community 20 miles north of Trenton. Planned events include the reading of two proclamations, a parade and a luncheon.
Andrich, 29, will sell signed photographs of herself, with the proceeds going to several local charities, officials said.
In the show's finale, which aired last month on Fox, Evan Marriott chose Andrich from 20 women who were vying for his affection. They were told he'd inherited $50 million; in reality, he was a construction worker who made $19,000 a year.
Andrich, who did not pursue a relationship with Marriott after the show concluded, has since moved from Lambertville, Elizabeth Dilts, who is helping plan Saturday's event, told The Times of Trenton this week.
