*clearing throat*...Well, speaking solely for myself, I'd like to paraphrase something a friend of mine sometimes says when she's looking at guys..."He do-able, but he doesn't rock my world."

Now, if it was somebody like, oh, Christopher Meloni...that'd be a different story!:slobber

Ah yes, Meloni, very do-able. Thanks Lobeck.

Evan - not my cup of tea, but isn't homely by any stretch. He'd do better to try to play up the Elvis angle, as "young Elvis" is the best looking photo in this thread so far.

So y'all, why do you suppose they're publicizing the fact that "Joe" has no prospect of ever making more than $19k per year, and that he was uncompensated for his role in the show?

I don't know, John, but don't you think it'd be a hoot if the joke was on us and he turned out to really be a millionaire in the end?

Or, a joke on the woman who is the "winner" of the show who turned down Joe (either because she's told he's not rich or because she simply didn't care for being lied to) to then find out he's got more money than, gasp, Rick Rockwell. Of course if she stayed with Joe after finding out the "poor Joe" truth, then it would be a hoot for her too.

    Should be interesting.

    That would be funny!

I still think that this information supports the idea that they will have him confess to the woman that he is poor...

... They get her reaction to that, which is afterall, the entire point of the show... that one single moment...

Then, they give him a million dollars. He hasn't been compensated *yet* is the way I read that information.

Then, no matter what, they get a happy ending. Joe gets scorned, but is really rich, which satisfies the crowd that believes these shows always have golddiggers. Or, she sticks with Joe anyway, and now they really are rich... that would be a record setting finale.

I've thought for a long time that Joe would win a mil for this.

I still think it would be great for a "rich" girl that he totally digs to turn him down though.

I saw this on DrudgeReport.com: FOX BACHELOR MODELED SKIMPY BRIEFS...

His face, to me, is slightly bilaterally asymmetrical, almost as though the union of two distinct personalities or something.
