| Wow. I give this show about half a season max. It's pretty lame.

| It's like an instructional video, it's kind of poor. ![]() | |

| MERRY UKRAINIAN CHRISTMAS | I wasn't disappointed because I wasn't expecting anything. But it's not a reality competition. That's probably why you may have thought it was lame. It's more of a How-TO show with 4 contestants. They should have had 4 guys as well. Considering how late it is on, it should have been a bit spicier. But then again, maybe it's not THAT type of show. I thought the advice and steps were at least reasonable and easy to follow. It certainly reminded me of dating woes and pitfalls and that I should suggest that my sinister watch it. She needs a social life. And it is difficult sometimes, even though you think its easy as ABC. Not an exciting show. Just something to watch.

| I watched it, mostly because of it taking place in San Francisco. I kind of felt for the woman trying to make small talk in the bookstore. I wasn't drawn in by the lawyer. Sort of a strange little show. I think I'm used to dating shows where the "normal" people are set up with bad dates. ![]() | |

| Different. Now I understand the docu-style quoted in the description. The woman I thought would shine - Michelle - over-talked her potential dates and is way too insecure about the process. The woman I thought would have problems was featured most of the show - probably because she followed the plan. I loved the locations - gorgeous. Trying to pick up a guy in Cody's...well...they should have tried the Marina Safeway (if it's still there after the quake.) The best idea (other than the 4-second eye contact) was the mass party which featured the St. Francis Hotel. That is where two of the girls found first dates. Cleaver idea. But, all in all, you're right - it is a lame show...if it wasn't for the scenery...however, now I wonder if Michelle can stop talking...if the lawyer can stop drinking...if yoga girl can date someone other than yoga guy and if the "good" student makes out on her second date? The advice to her was pick up another first date while waiting for the phone call. Looks like a developing soap I'll pick up again next week. |

| It may pick up. It held my interest. I watched on Tivo, FFing through commercials; always a huge help. It is sane advice and many singles out there may benefit from the experiences of these women. |
