    Brooks Atwood - Season 8

    Age: 35
    Current City: Los Angeles

A native of Hamburg, Germany, Borisís introduction to the design industry came at an early age: His mother worked as an interior designer and his father was an architect. Boris attended the Academy of Arts in San Francisco where he received a B.A. in architectural interior design. Despite limited English-speaking skills, Boris launched his own design firm while enrolled in school. After 15 years as a successful designer, his company now creates designs for a range of projects, from small residential spaces to large hotels. He credits his upbringing in Europe and extensive travel for his appreciation of historical influences paired with contemporary pieces, a design style he calls "comfortable luxury."

I expect a laboratory with lots of electrical equipment to be his design style ....

My daughter's first favorite. There certainly wasn't a shortage of things to look at in his area and I guess the idea of going in six directions at once does fit his personality. The "smell me" thing was just a tad weird.
