    11/17 Hell's Kitchen All-Stars Show Discussion

Trimming Fat - Chef Ramsay gives the 12 remaining contestants a tutorial on how to best prepare six of the show's most popular dishes. Each team will have 25 minutes to recreate all six dishes, while every three minutes they will have to select one chef to kick out of the kitchen. During dinner service, they will compete in the "Fight For Your Life" challenge, during which the three weakest chefs from each team will be tasked to recreate Gordon's signature dish, tagliatelle with oysters.

    Enjoy the show!

Six chefs have to recreate Ramsey's oysters dish and they have 30 minutes. The one who does not do a good job will go home. I guess no dinner service tonight.

I don't think Robin knows what she is doing...

I can't believe Robyn and Elise are still there, but Gio gets sent home? Ugh. And I remember them making that oyster dish on Masterchef, it was hard for those people to get right too.

I do love the opening for this season, with Ramsay trailing fire as he walks through...

Well, next week's previews look intriguing. Elise is going to absolutely lose it. That gal makes good tv but she doesn't have the disposition to be a head chef....anywhere.

I don't understand why he is keeping Robin and Elise around. Neither one would make a good head chef because they would have to be able to work with people and those 2 cannot. They may be able to cook but head chef material they are not. They need to be in a kitchen by themselves, no one else close by.

I imagine it's for the drama. Robin is a whole other kind of crazy. Can't wait to see the next one.
