Man, this one looks bitchy. I hope that's a bad picture.

She looks ready to claw someone's eyes out. She really does look like a bitchy one.

I agree. She really does look bitchy. Maybe it's all that blue eye shadow?

I didn't know there is a distinction between a regular chef and "Room Service" Chef. I guess she makes the Shrimp Cocktails the every one alway orders to their rooms.

    Yep.

She DEFINITEELY looks like it would NOT be a problem for her to kick your ass, take your name, and laugh while she's doing it!

MY son did his externship for culinary school at a huge hotel in Dallas. He was the Room Service Chef. He hated it, because he is all about the fine dining and thinks "nuking" the room service food was just wrong. He did help develop a new room service menu with the Exec chef, and got most of the microwaves out of the RS kitchen. He was alone a lot of the time. The most covers he did in one shift was about 200. Nothing compared to table service. Anyway, he doesn't think much of room service food.

This woman looks like he sounded a lot of the times I spoke to him when he was hating life in room service!

I didn't realize there was such a difference between being a room service chef and a hotel chef. Wow, makes me want to think twice about ordering room service.

You would not believe the stories my son has told me. The larger hotels nope.. Full of microwaves. Well, not so many now since he took them out and put them in the storage room!

Have you ever had hot room service? If you ordered more than one meal, was one hot and the other not so much? How long did you wait for the food?
Next time you order room service and get a soft drink, look at the ice in the glass....is it melting?

I was shocked my self, I thought it al came form the same place. Nope, totally different menus and kitchens. It seems like your order would be put into the rotation in the regular kitchen with the table diners, right? In my on's hotel, they are not even on the same floor.
