Now that exchange between Keith and Ramsay reminded me of what happened in my kitchen this morning. I had to ream my prep cook a new one first thing this morning, no more than 10 minutes into the day. It sure made for a quiet morning in my kitchen.

Virginia seemed to do a good job as the leader, even with Heather and Keith trying to sabotage her.

I don't know why Keith and Heather get so upset over Virginia constantly winning the small challenges. She obviously does well there, but buckles under pressure while on the line. She has been sent to be eliminated so many times its ridiculous. I do think this is a case of winning all the battles but loosing the war. Both Keith and Heather should concentrate on their strengths which is working on the line and under pressure.

While Heather has the skill, I don't think she her the "team" mentality that it takes to run a kitchen. Virginia could actually win this thing. I don't care as long as it isn't Sara, which it won't be because she's GONE.

Those asses are going to gang up on her...

Unless, Heather thinks she should get rid of him since he is the competition (or so she thinks)

I think Heather wants to go up against Virginia in the end.

I wouldn't mind that. I don't like Heather, but Keith just grates in my nerves.
