i bet the ones who have culinary experience might do the worst..because they already feel as if they "know" what they're doing. they have the egos already. the pple that will do the best are going to be the ones who don't fight it, but go along with whatever chef wants.. these 3 star type kitchens are run very differently from your "average" kitchen. that's why when you dine there, you expect the best, because the chef is a perfectionist about everything.. i see nothing wrong with that, especially if it translates to a delicious meal.
i've been fortunate enough to have experienced many 3 star michelin meals in my short life, and i can say they're definitely worth the $. however, they're not all created equal. i loved watching chef ramsay last night.. it makes me want to visit his restaurant in london all the more..
