I've missed the last two weeks and after reading the recaps, I'm ok with that! Maybe I'm just getting sick of Chef Ramsey swearing at people.

Doesn't he care that his cursig must reach the customers waiting for their food? So unprofessional.

I doubt it, considering he's been doing for seven years. Plus, that would be part of the fun of eating there!

Besides those "customers" aren't really customers. They know where they are eating and it's all a set up anyway. In reality how many people would wait those awful amounts of time of eat?

I'm not calling him sexist, since it's merely a coinsidence that the ones at the end of his treatment are all women. Namely put, their mistakes are no excuse for him to be such a buttwipe to them. When he was put on their team, their first challenge showcased that they can work well together if they got a leader to follow.

Instead of capitalizing on that, Benjamin dropped the ball. Whereas Scott was clueless and either tried micromanaging everything or staying out of the way, Benjamin doesn't communicate, refuses to accept any help, pushes everyone away, and openly belittles them and treats them like crap. And when people have to work with someone like that, they get so frustrated that their performance drops spectacularly. I should know, it's happened to me before.

I think Hell's Kitchen is more of a sitcome, besides without Ramsay yelling & cursing the show would be boring.

I have some undercooked pasta to add to that... just wait a sec whilst I get it out of the garbage.

Crap, I was so confused and kept looking at Tues-Wed-Thurs nights and said to my DH, where the H is HELL'S KITCHEN ...

    Thanks for posting this info.
