I just cannot stomach this "ex-stockbroker" he tries to act tough and no-ones going to tell him what to do, and on the flip side he burns himself does not react except to whine, no cold water, ice, nothing! I really hope he gets the HOOK Monday.

It must be difficult for someone who was a stockbroker to change to being a chef. I would that that would entail having two totally sets of skills. He would be good with details and I would think deadlines, but his weakness would be working together with others. Aren't stockbrokers used to being quite independent with their clients? The "team kitchen" kinda thing just may be throwing him off.

I think Tom actually does like to cook and wants to do well, but I don't believe his personality will take him as far as he wants to go. He got on the show as a competitor for a reason. I'm not sure what that is though

    Oh Tom -- don't let the door hit ya . . .

Whoa. What a walking disaster again tonight. Definitely sealed his own fate. Not meant for that profession. Well, being a chef anyway. A cook, maybe. A chef. No. A high falluting million dollar establishment chef...NOOOO! Hopefully his departure will help the blue team. They need it. Without Heather, I think they are still hooped.

I was no fan of Tom's but I'm still going to miss those little speeches he gave to the Council of Empty Lawn Chairs. You can't script comedy like that.
