The new cast has been revealed (though not on the official website) and it starts on March 12. There are 20 contestants this season. I don't remember if that's a record or not. I also hear JP is returning.

What the site does say though, is that the new chefs will be preparing their signature dishes "live" for the first time ever.

Yeah that's a good point. I have an interesting idea: The one man and woman who have the worst signature dishes will be automatically eliminated.

I know it's great, isn't it. Another reason they need to hire me.

Since every season has the select few who absolutely have no chance and are only there to look like douchebags or idiots, I want to, after each episode, categorize the contestants based on how good I think their chances are. Categories like "Fair Shot", "No Chance", etc.

The ones we see little of for the first half of the season are generally the ones who make it to the final three.
