Any stories of triumph from the kitchen? Disaster?
I started up family Italian restaurant, Stuzzi, in Richmond, VA. Within our first year, we were voted the #1 restaurant in our category in two publications, "Richmond Magazine" and "Style Weekly Newspaper".

Who was your first cooking inspiration?
Of course my grandparents, but also my mom because she created the most crazy dishes out of nothing. And my dad for the Sunday gravy, which we still make today.

What's the one piece of advice you took away from Hell's Kitchen?
Don't mess with Gordon. Just kidding. Keep being humble, there is still a world of things to learn.

The looks of utter disgust from the other "chefs" was rather humorous though .

When they were all out on the patio deciding on who to eliminate, was he out there smoking up a storm? I forgot to pay attention to that little detail.

Between the coughing and sweating, he's disgusting. Get rid of him -- actually, a double elimination with him AND Kimmie, who also sweats buckets (and you know it's gotta be dripping into the food -- yuck!!!).

That's what my husband said....imagine them cooking your food with all that sweat dripping off them. How much goes in the food? EWWWW

I've noticed they haven't shown Clemenza hacking up a lung since the first episode, so maybe that isn't an everyday occurrance for him. Otherwise you would think the producers would be showing this just to gross out the viewing audience.

Right now Clemenza is being portrayed as one of the more competent chefs in the Hell's Kitchen. I'm sure that will change soon though .
